Disappointed

I am honestly disappointed with FNB a bank that prides itself of excellence. How can they gave such delays in bank transfers. When they say 60 minutes expect it to be 24 hours. I made a transfer from an fnb account to capitec yesterday and it was an immediate transfer but up until now dololo.
