Disappointed

I'm very disappointed by fnb warranty insurance, my car was damaged by overheating problem, some of the parts were DESTROYED, HEAD GASKET, CAMBELT, WATER POMP THERMOSTAT, WATER BOTTLE, and I did claim to the insurance, they refused to cover those components, they only pay 2500 for head gasket,
