Disappointed

I got ****med a week ago at Makro Centurion and they withdrew all the money in my account. I called fnb opened a case and followed their process. The disappointment is they rejected the case without communication, I had to call them to for feedback and when I requested an email with the feedback nothing was sent. I cannot even dispute the case because I do not have their report.
