Disappointed

After moaning about the service of FNB during lockdown a supervisor phoned me saying the debt order department will contact me within 48 hours. Well 48 plus 48 and counting.

As I am one of those people who business can only open on level one that is to say I still can every cent counts.

I am still paying my account, even though money is tight. but to take off money and not reverse it once it was canceled is very bad.

Money couldn't be used for food etc.
