Disappointed

Still unhappy with the outcome of settling my double debit on personal loan it's been an up and down situation and I was told the collection department would call me suddenly now there is a payment arrangement after the double deduction and I have already lost the money while continously telling them.i have been in an accident and could not afford this as I have PTSD
