Disappointed

As a loyal FNB customer i would like to express my disappointment in their forex department.I wrote a query last week tuesday was promised a response within one working day to no avail.I then went to my nearest branch and was put through to the call centre where Tebogo was very polite and helpful.The sender then tried to rectify the problem still to no avail.They phoned the international forex line but also did not get any help.Can i be correctly guided to a source that will help me once and for all
