DISAPPOINTED

Today i got a message notifying me of the missed call from FNB courier department. I then called back but unfortunately the lady I was talking with told me that her system is slow, I was very patient on my side but she then told me that she would rather call me back. I did not have a problem with that but now to my disappointment I just received an sms that is informing me that I might be charged for delivery.
