Disappointed

I think I am tired of this issue because it's easy to take money from my account but returning it is a hassle.This is so depressing every week I have a problem with FNB.I made payment at the garage for petrol service of R400.The card purchase on my end went through and the money went off my account via a card swipe however it did not reach the BP garage the slip came back as declined and the money is sitting on my account as pending and I made alternative method to make the payment.The money has been sitting on pending since the 13th.This is so tiring I think it's time to downgrade from this Private Wealth Account because it's giving me problems.
