Disappointed

I am disgusted in the poor service I was provided by fnb a bank I've been with for over 10 years now. There was a ***** case against my name which I dealt with Nolungelo Dhlamini one of the consultants and it was sorted and the case was closed however I requested a clearance letter or note stating this after countless communication with her she even advised that she is upset that the client never told her the funds were received however I am struggling to get a clearance letter from her and now it has affected me in other ways I am disappointed and I will def close all my accounts with fnb. Soonest
