Disappointed

Please assist with my account, I took a temporary loan and it was settled, however it's still reflecting on my app as well as the credit bureau, it keeps on taking my score down, I've calling fnb, so far I've called More than 9 departments and they kept on transferring from 1 department to another, please remove this temporary loan, because it has been settled
