Disappointed

I am so disappointed in the service recieved when wanting to a bank account for my son, after convincing him and even taking him to Standard bank(where I was told they were offline immediately) I then took him to FNB. Waiting time as per the ticket is 5mins, we waited for 45 minutes before I was told they were offline, at least Standard bank was honest from the get go, aside from that I had my baby with me which clearly indicates FNB is no longer a bank for the family!
