Disappointed

So Hillcrest branch got a new look. To bad to sad. Went there to get R20 and R10 notes only to be told that they don't keep them and are waiting for clients to bring them notes. Really!!! You are a bank you should have these notes!!!! If not you order them. Yes I worked for Fnb as well when service was more important than a designer bank. My business stood still because you could not assist. Is this now with all branches within the Fnb group? Please don't contact me with excuses etc. You should keep all denominations full stop.
