DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

<p>I purchased an Xbox One from FNB in December 2015. Initially the console worked perfectly. Recently it required a software update but it failed to update. I first tried the troubleshooting from microsofts website whereby a list of options is given to update it using a flash drive. It failed. I then called microsoft call center, they advised me to have the console replaced which I did but it still failed to update. I called microsoft call center once again and they advised me to use a different internet service provider which I did but it failed. I contacted the device support from FNB and explained to them the situation but they refused to reply. I then cslled the billing department and requested for my contrct to be closed as I am unable to use the console and I have exhausted all options. The consultant acyually had the odassity to tell me that unfortunately I am STUCK with the console. He then told me that a cancellation fee will be imposed if I wish to cancel but only I return the console which I refused as that does not make any sense. He asked to get letter from device support. I requested for the letter but no response. SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A WELL RECOGNISED BANK IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!!</p>
