Disappointed!!!

I am extremely disappointed in Fnb a bank which I have previously held in high regard. Three years ago I lost my employment, currently I am still unemployed and still desperately actively looking for employment.

In the last three years I have tried my utmost best to try and pay all my debts to the best of my ability I eventually reached a point where I could not make any payments to any of the institutions who I owed money to.

Discovery card loaded a payment plan of R721 per month but still handed me over to Groenewald Lubbe Inc. I paid the payment arrangement for three months then all of a sudden my account disappeared from my banking profile then reappeared a few days later with a unrealistic repayment amount of R5100 per month with letters of demand and threats. Please help me understand if someone who is unemployed keeps up with the payment arrangements you punish him for it by becoming unreasonable.

Then to add insult to injury I recieved some money from a friend into my Fnb account not discovery which was to be used for my daughter's medication as my daughter suffers from a terminal condition CHD and even one day without her medication will go into cardiac failure. I had R6900 in the account Fnb allowed a third-party Discovery to access my account and not debit but EFT R5100 to discovery card, I am still trying to understand how without my approval or pin did they manage to EFT out of my account because that is concidered as ***** in my understanding. I could understand a debit on the account which could have taken place this could have easily been reversed for emergency purposes but to esure you can't an eft was done from the account and even in any event why was 85% of the total balance in my account taken not 25% or a third taken? Really not happy.
