Disappointed!

I declined a debit order authorisation/mandate in July 2025 for Planet Fitness. I had not agreed to anything at that point and if I decide to join the gym I would then review. To my surprise, I was debited in August and September. I managed to reverse the debit orders but my issue is how were they able to debit when I, as the customer did not authorise it? My concern it that they will debit again and no one is assisting me to rectify this.

I have been transferred from one consultant to the other when I query this and I need the proof that I declined this debit order mandate to prove my case. I have been with this bank for so many years and I think it is time to leave. I am so disappointed!
