Disappointed

I am very disappointed with the service delivery of FNB.<br> <br> I app**** for a business account about three weeks ago, and my card has not been delivered yet.<br> <br> I have called business banking dept. several times and they keep passing the buck.<br> <br> I spoke Lyle in the morning, then I called again later on and spoke to Fikile, where all the mentioned staff members promised to call me back, which they never did.<br> <br> I was promised to get my card yesterday, and yet again when I called today, I was promised it would be deliver today ( but still no card).<br> <br> Catherine, who is apparently the \ Supervisor"";and this is the first time I have experienced this."""
