Disappointed
FNB has amazing products but that is all they have. Customer service especially to pensioners should be treated delicately but not a care was given. After 19 phone calls, 5 visits to Maponya branch, 3 emails, 2 tweets, hospital admission and a R1450 medical report our 42 days of hell with FNB have come to an end. FNB if you didnt know solving a query does not mean the hell you put the customer through is forgotten. I strongly urge you relook the customer experience for your investment account holders and how you deal with branch escalations. You would also need to train your branch staff on diplomacy and tact. Fight with facts and not with scare tactics. Customers are the life of any business and you should never forget that.

PS. NO NEED TO CONTACT US YOU CAN JUST READ THIS AS A POINT OF REFERENCE WHEN WORKING ON YOUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGIES!!!

Forever disappointed,
Motsoaledi
