Disappointed 20 year FNB Client

I am extremely disappointed in FNB. I have recently app**** for a bond with FNB as we are buying a new house. The Bond was approved over 20 years with a great interest rate, happy about that. I then asked for the bond to be over 30 years as i have friends who recently had their 30 year bond approved at FNB. Very disappointed that they simply turned it down and will not even give me a reason. I received 30 year approvals from all the other banks. I would think if you have had your personal banking by FNB for almost 20 Years that they would at least offer a reason. This might just be the reason I move everything to another bank who will accommodate my needs.
