Disappointed

Been a customer of FNB since birth and never missed a payment. I app**** for a payment holiday for my debt due to no income being received due to COVID-19 and instead of helping, FNB takes the opportunity to make more money and offer me another loan to service the other FNB debt obligations. So I am receiving no income but can get a loan?! Absolutely gobsmacked and disappointed. Do the right thing and grant payment holidays.
