Disappointed
Have been banking with FNB for as long as I can remember, this is the same bank I recommend to friends and family because of all their convenient services. FNB has failed me once again as their client, I have to be considered by other banks and providers for finance and other products and they can't do this for me? My bank cannot even give me comprehensive feedback on declined applications! Clearly am just a number to them.
