Disappoint service

It is very sad to witness how FNB staff treat its clients. I’ve had to come here a few times to be listened to. Its disappointing when someone thinks they are making you a favour as a client. Please take your staff for trainings so that they know how to assist a client. Nobody got time to waste. I can not go to a branch and leave without being assisted, raise the issue only for someone to tell you they are doing me a favour. Disgusting
