Dis-organised, discriminatory bank!!

I tried to apply for a business loan with FNB. I called the call centre numerous times and each consultant had a different story. I even went to Tygervalley shopping centre and was told that they can't assist me because I did not open an account there. They put me through to the call centre AGAIN and another lady consultant told me they don't offer loans to foreigners though I have all the legal documents to be hear. This is a very organized system. Half of the times the consultants don't even have the right information. Disgusted!!!
