Dirty chairs and unhygienic waiting area.

I am writing this complaint feeling very disappointed and somehow angry. I bank with FNB and I must say FNB Maponya Mall branch I have notice they don't do deep cleaning there. With the Corona Virus looming and living with us on a daily basis. I don't understand why the branch doesn't take our lives serious as their clients, and take hygiene seriously. Since last year the seats we sit on as we waiting to be served are forever dirty. I had complained about them before and that was sometime in October last year. To this day nothing has changed and I mean we have so many cleaning companies in Soweto that can deep those chairs and carpets. Instead they hire the likes of Bidvest that do not care about us in the Townships. If you go to the branches in the suburbs, you'll find everything clean and spotless. Something must be done as we cannot be treated like this as Soweto residence...
