Direct Axis and FNB

Experienced received from FNB is unexpected, I have been receiving numerous calls from FNB regarding account that i have opened. I had account with direct axis in 2020 and 2021 I paid my account in full and closed. today FNB is telling me direct axis open account for me in 2021 when I query with direct axis told they know nothing about FNB accounts and again that FNB paid them certain amount for me.This is upsetting and scary because now FNB is busy debiting my account without my authority. Direct axis i paid your account in full, how come FNB says they gave you money on my behalf and you don't have records of this...please correct this,,,,direct axis i paid you please.
