Dipuo Mashego Best Seivice

Got to Fnb Woodmead 9am on 31May 2025, already expecting long queues. To my surprise i was welcomed at the door by a super friendly lady by the name of Dipuo Mashego.. wow. Was i blown off my socks by her knowledge and intricate understanding of products you offered. She quickly resolved my queries. The one issue she could not resolve she called the "back office" and spoke to the agent on my behalf, making sure my concern was fully understood and resolved.

I can not thank this lady enough for the friendly, efficient service above all going the extra mile to ensure that all my banking queries are resolved before I left the bank. Best service ever. She is really an excellent value add employee to keep to your organisation. She honestly made me feel like the most important Fnb client... and for that I would like to thank her and wish her blessings and growth
