Good day . I would like to make you aware of mybutter disgust to which a consultant Dimakatso spoke to my wife and I over the phone. This woman displayed no respect for customers and had an a bad attitude. Treat your existing and proactive customers with respect I myself was going to move over to FNB from Nedbank and after the service received NO THANK YOU. we asked to be transferred to another consultant who assisted and received good service.from him.This lady needs soft skills training and to display good service yo all her customer not specific customers.
