DIGUSTING SERVICE FROM FNB

Firstly the service from FNB is absolute bull reason being there was a company called Makanda Finance which debited my account for the amount R2628.05 which was not suppose to be debited from my account when i have called FNB to reverse the debit order a consultant told me it need to clear and it will take 24 hours to reflect and then i can be reversed until date nothing has been DONE. How can that not be reversed when this debit was not even allowed to go off my account. Its really shocking from FNB that the money cannot be given back to me when i bank with them.

I WANT THIS FUNDS BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP.
