Digital woes

Both the App and Online Banking platforms dont have certain functionality available. This is more specific on the account statements on my transactional accounts. It is so disappointing to know that when you need your bank they have these challenges BUT when you dont, they will try and sell you every product under the sun because they "care"

Needless to say their secure chat is also a waste of time especially when you're number 35 in the queue to which I have to repeat my request until someone can interpret a simple request.

I'm sure they will come back to me apologizing for the inconvenience and asking me to try it again especially when it's too late.
