Digital Planet disaster
I have recently purchased an I phone thru FNB for my wife. Digital planet via Ram couriers advised a deliver date of Friday 29th of September. No delivery was made on Friday. I followed up with several phone calls only to be transferred and cut off on every occasion. Ialso tried the RAM couriers Pta number to be cut off as they answered. Early Friday evening I received an SMS advising " We were not able to deliver your FNB order. Please contact us on ......... to stop your order from been cancelled. Seriously !!!! U fail to deliver, keep me waiting all day to receive the delivery and now I must contact you. Not a single call on Friday to advise the delivery will not happen and no apology for keeping me waiting at home all day. Shocking service to say the least. Up your game or cancel the phone contract. Easier to purchase from the local mall.
