Digital ***** follow up Process

I have been trying to reach Nathalia Lazarus from Digital ***** for 2 days now. His direct line is unavailable, when I call the ***** line they go around in circles sending me from pillar to post. I have sent Nathalia an email, but no response. How does one follow up on their case if the solutions provided don't work? I hope this review doesn't land on deaf ears as I am close to the door at this point.
