Digatil banking lying

I'm disappointed in service from FNB on 9 June I received message on banking app stipulating I won money from lotto... Few days past nothing deposited into account. I called banking app and call was logged. On 20 June 2020I was sent email from *** requesting a screenshot of message from banking app that I won. I sent it, till today still no feedback. On email this was subject (***Q) so I guess thats my case number. I keep calling and transfered everywhere or phone cutting off. I'm fed up...

I doubt Ituba wouldn't be happy to know this is happening
