Difficulty closing an account
Been asking FNB since June 2020 to close my paid up credit card to no avail, It is till not done with the national credit bureaus. It is causing a negative impact on my credit score. Its not reflected as CLOSED on Compuscan, Experian and Transunion

21 Apr 2021, 08:41Up to this day the fnb credit card that was paid a long time ago is still showing as opened, guys please close it already and send me the paid up letter I will send it to the credit bureaus since you are unable to get it done...yho
