Difficulty changing surname after married

FNB rejected my documents to change my surname for my savings account 5 times in a row.

I moved to a new home in the past 3 weeks and they would not accept any document except an electricity/water/ clothing bill ( or something that I will get monthly)as proof of resident.
Since I am not staying in my new home for more than a month, I have none of the above. However, they would accept a document where I can change my address on my student account at Stellenbosch University(without any authority, but my own) which I feel is the more invalid than a DR account I gave them, because I can easily make up a new address.

They made me feel like I was making up my home address for the fun of it.

This made me decide to change to another bank, one that is not solely governed by bureaucracy.
