Difficulties in arranging a multi currency card

I ordered a Multi currency travel card via the FNB webiste on Friday morning and selected the option to collect it on Monday morning - simple enough right? I arrive on Monday morning and was forced to wait in a queue for a half hour only to be told the card had not arrived. The teller said she could fortunately log into my profile and access my information for the card that way. That took a further 15 minutes and resulted in saying she needed an e-ticket number from my air tickets which I had actually already sent through on the previous Friday. I could not locate an e-ticket number on my documents so later contacted the Forex division asking them to advise me what to do - no response yet. I have since then had the teller repeatedly phoning me asking me for this information after me repeatedly explaining I do not have it - I have contaced the necessary airline and do not have it. Now the cherry on top? Being emailed and told that the deal I signed for the card must be returned. The teller lumped all my documents into a pile and gave it to me - I did not take it - she gave it to me and now I am expected to return it - drive all the way to FNB - once again! Honestly this has been a miserable experience! I opted to use FNB - my own bank - rather than Bidvest and honestly that was a huge mistake.
