difficulties accesing my funds

I have a problem with FNb i want to access my home loan money but they come with stories ,they said my husband is on debt review we have sent them comfirmation from NCR that Ncr denies having that information,now their debt review has cleared that but the homeloan still say he is still there.I want that money for my son school fees which i have promised to pay.I even went an extra mile to take money from my 7day(urgent notice which they decline and say i must provide a death certificate if i want money urgently.So they also said they can also accept medical bills not school fees or whether the child is writing or expelled is not their issue.
