Difficult to get assistance

I've tried requesting a call back several times for an account upgrade but have not received a call back.

I managed to call and speak to someone and the call abruptly cut during the conversation and there was no follow up. The agent had my details.

I tried to apply via the app, and it hangs when I try to upload a document.

I tried to chat to an agent via the app, and every time the chat session ends because of no activity and I have to start a new chat and start from the beginning.

It is very difficult to get assistance using the channels available.
