Difficult qualifying criteria.

How do I qualify for a R500/m deal on major networks but do not qualify for R160/M cellphone from you guys? I mean I have been paying my smart watch R220 until I made an early settlement so I can get a cellphone. But your Credit rating and commitments shown are incorrect. So disappointed.
