Different Story Every Time #PayBackthe Money

On the 9th Sept I visited the slow lounge and was charged R250. This fee was not reversed. I have contacted Premier banking and bucks 4 times. They first advised that I visited during peak times and was therefore charged. On investigation I can visit during peak times but was told I was charged for a guest but I never took a guest. Premier banking agreed to refund the amount which never happened now Im informed its because I downgraded account from Private clients where I received NO service back to Premier. I have been a LOYAL FNB client for over a decade and am getting a total run around on this issue. Pay back my money and apologise or I will go to SAPS and charge FNB with theft and contravention of SARS laws which state an invoice must be provided for services rendered. I cant waste any more time on the phone to FNB who promise to resolve this and never do
