Different day same useless service!!!!!!!!

I have tried to get assistance for months and get this sorted out. I have wasted so much time trying to explain and for you guys to get this corrected.

Currently, I have 2 loans with FNB and it has protection plan as I am unemployed. However only the one loan is being covered and the other one was is not being covered. How is that even possible?

This loan has been paid for the last 3 months ***- PLEASE CAN YOU CORRECT THE BALANCE.

I have spoken to several consultants already and nothing has been done. I am really really tired of dealing with *********** people.
