Diffefences balances between FNB and Debt collector, Settlement letter.
I have a problem with a loan that I have with FNB. I had a temporary loan. It was handed over to a debt collector( HP Attorneys). I paid it off but my profile has not been updated and settlement letter has not been processed. If I call FNB they say there is amount that is still outstanding, if I call HP attorneys, they ae saying it has been paid off. I don know what to do now. Please help. it is urgent.

26 Feb 2024, 16:28May you please resolve this matter as quickly as you can. I need to enroll in the tertiary institution. In order to do so, I need to access formal financing. I cannot do that as you guys have not updated my credit bureau. My deadline for registration is 10 March 2024.
