Didn’t payment SARS when payment request was made, now I have late penalty fees from SARS!

I put in a payment request on SARS to pay what I owed and it was sent to fnb but fnb didn’t pay? I didn’t receive any notification or communication to tell me why it was rejected or whatever. Now I’ve incurred late payment fees from sars!!!! What the actual ****? I did what is expected of me the moment I had the cash and fnb continues to **** me over! This is unacceptable! I put the request through, you had one job!!! One!!! Release the ****ing payment!!!
