Diasappointment

I have a service provider who i had an agreement with. This provider was supposed to debit my account on 30 of Sept 2017. The provider decides to debit my account on the 3rd Oct 2017. I immediately called the provider to ask why so late as i knew i didnt have enough money in my account, the call centre agent i spoke to was so rude. In any case i explained to her that I asked your company to deduct on 30th but you decided to debit on the 3rd when i dont have money AND I SAID TO HER THIS IS GOING TO AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE AND I KNOW FNB IS GOING TO CUT EVERYTHING FOR ME. I MEAN FOR THE 1ST TIME IN SO MANY YEARS OF BANKING WITH THEM I HAD A LITTLE BENEFIT OF TEMP LOAN WHICH HELPS SO MUCH!!!!

This call centre agents response was What must I do now coz there is nothing i can do. I dropped the phone. 5 minutes after dropping the phone i receive an sms from FNB that my account is in assess and Fnb will dishonour immediately.

I mean why i have a Temp Loan my salary goes to the account dishonour why???? I get that people run when they owe i am not that person. I WILL NOT ASK SOMEONE TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT KNOWING VERY VERY WELL THAT I DONT HAVE MONEY I AM A MUM AND THE LITTLE BENEFIT I GET FROM FNB I APPRECIATE SO MUCH.

ACTUALLY VERY FRUSTRATED.
