Diabolical service !!!!!!

What a dissapointment FNB is I have always been so supportive of them. Not any more I have tried to send chat messages and they take forever to get back to you if you are lucky!!! Could not get any answers today on chat. I have now held on for 13.40 sec to get hold someone to find a bank open. she answered it took 2.40 to confirm I am who I am - She tried to find a bank that is open but could not she then put me through to business banking (without telling me what she was doing ) which just cut me off after holding for 2 min - never spoke to anyone ! and you call this service banking !!
