After 10 months of emails back and forth as well as to the CEO of FNB all in vain. Nobody wants to listen or is just not interested. The assessor appointed by FNB Fiduciary assessed the property in the deceased estate in October 2020 incorrectly.I have advised them on numerous occasions that the assessment was incorrect. The same incorrect information was also submitted to SARS. How is it possible that an assessor Mr Nel states there are 3 bathrooms when there is only 2 bathrooms on the property.
