DHA VS FNB

Once again FNB in the spot light.

Go onto the home affairs BAB system to make a booking with FNB Cornubia, the system is not working for over a week, however R 1200 of my money is taken.

Contact FNB cornubia they say contact DHA, I contact DHA they say contact FNB Cornubia... I just want to know who is going to refund me my R 1200
