Your so called specialist did not help at all, I am still having this issue furthermore your specalist tells me I have made no payments on the smart device from the beginning of the year yet I just got a 3 month bank statement and can see I have been billed all3 months so again I am so very confused as to why I am being billed but it is not reflecting on yourside and instead of actually trying to find a possible fault you automatically brand me as a bad payer and send your Attorneys after me... Horrible service hay very disappointed.

If a certain month is missing a payment that would be understandable and we could work that out but I have been told I have missed EVERY month from Feburary and I need to make up for all payments from Feburary onwards yet looking at bank statement for July alone I can see it says SmartDevice and the amount taken off so please answer me that??

Hi, I have spoken to your consultant who was alot better spoken than the previous two who were rude and demanding advised that because I missed only 2 months and not an entire year like your other consultants said, the discount amount at which I bought the laptop from you guys at has been added to the laptop as a penality which I feel is very unfair as I had no idea the 2 months were missed and would happy pay em back as these were 2 months from the beginning of the year but apparently you guys have no control over that which I find hard to believe but regardless please send me my terms and conditions on the smart devices as well as the records of the 2 months I missed so I can see what went wrong please email these to the email address you guys have on me.

Once I have paid off my device I will be closing my account with you guys, I feel a bank that causes me such a headache is not worth being with nor recommending to others.

Still no email with regards to my terms and conditions as well as the mission dates paid, now I get an sms saying I owe a hell of alot more than ever before AND you are handing me over to legal, I am truely disgusted by FNB I will never go through you guys again and I will make sure everyone I know avoids you as well.
