Device order

My wife place an order via FNB on Thursday, for an iPhone and PS5 then listed my work address for delivery because she works in the medical field and at times it would be difficult for her to receive the order, she sent an email to FNB to change the receiver details, if the courier company gets her and request for her they will be turned away as there is no one here by ner name, we would realy appreciate if the receiver details can be updated to mine so we don’t encounter any issues in that regard, you are more than free to confirm with her,an email was sent to FNB last Thursday requesting this and to date we haven’t received any feedback.
