device never delivered

my device was never delivered to me<br> <br> samsung 10.1 tab ordered<br> <br> courier company SAYS they tried to contact me - waited at home for 3 days<br> <br> the manager there knows all about the issues - as i was on call to her they arrived and did not ring the bell - i hung up, went outside and they had left WITHOUT RINGING THE BELL <br> <br> can it still be delivered to be ?<br> <br> <br> this happened to me with my iPhone too worth 15 000 <br> <br> should not have to go through this when ordering expensive devices
