device insurance ****!

I bought a Samsung s4mini over 2 years ago With device department, and for two years I begged the bank for my cell phone to be insured. It never happened until I finished paying for the phone. I then boought iphone6 via the same method and I begged for months,still trying to get it insured and the consultants keep telling me my insurance forms are sitting With some department and instead they offer to now insure the fully paid up s4 mini. I think Fnb device insurance doesn't exist!!! They're just ******** their customers!
