Device Insurance

FNB Device insure says i have to wait until my battery dies and my laptop doesn't work any before i can take it in to be replaced. Because then it will fall under physical damage, mind i have taken my laptop in twice before for my screen to replaced. The laptop is from 2013/2014 the battery was bound to be replaced. Whats the difference waiting until the laptop doesn't anymore or replacing it now. The laptop says the battery needs to be replaced soon. Can you advise what should i do, because i have been up to date with my insurance payments even after i paid off the laptop, i still kept the insurance.
